What better way to take the edge off at the end of a long day, then to indulge in a perfectly concocted cocktail… and for those seeking more than just the usual Margarita or Negroni, these days it's all about upping the ante with multi-sensory cocktails. We're talking Molecular Mixology 2.0, where every sense is stimulated – transporting drinks for a fleeting moment, to happier places.
To do this, some bars lean into transporting you to other times and places – whether that's Sakura-flavoured martinis to evoke cherry blossom season, or a Great Gatsby-inspired sprits (complete with bow tie-shaped garnish). Others double down on visual twists and surprises… think colour-changing Collins, or neon layers to jazz up your Daiquiri. And if that's not enough, top it off with edible oversized bubbles or towering cream tops!
