foodwatching - Pricing, Refund and Cancellation, and Delivery Policy

Pricing Policy

foodwatching reports cost £150 plus VAT per month or £1650.00 plus VAT for an annual subscription.

We reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Prices quoted exclude VAT, which will be charged additionally to the buyer at the rate of ruling on date of dispatch.

Delivery Policy

Your first copy of foodwatching will be sent out, in whichever format you require, within seven days. Subsequent reports will be sent to you on the first Friday of each month.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make with foodwatching. You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your order and if you do so, your payment will be fully refunded. If you wish to cancel email us at foodwatching@thefoodpeople.co.uk

If you wish to cancel a monthly subscription just sned us an e-mail.

To cancel an annual subscription send us an e-mail before the 15th of the month. We will cancel your subscription and send you a refund for the balance already paid.
